Phase 2

Today marks the beginning of Phase 2 of my RT.

The new schedule is 3 days. 1 up from the 2 from Phase 1.

Saturdays - 1600 to 2000

Mondays and Wednesdays - 1800 to 2200

Damn crap.

But its also a good time for me to lose weight and get healthy.

Feel [physically] terrible these few days.

Think RT is a good thing too.
